Adult Sunday School and Other Opportunities

Rev. Mark Lampley
Associate Pastor for Christian Formation

THE BIBLE EXPLORERS CLASS studies both the Old and New Testament through lecture and other teaching methods to encourage understanding and application of the Scripture. Location: Chapel

THE CHRISTIAN GROWTH CLASS is composed of adults of all ages who explore issues from a Christian perspective.  Location: rm. 232 of the Spitzer Education Building

THE FOUNDATIONS CLASS is composed of mostly  30 and 40 year olds. Topics and themes change approximately every five weeks (follows the Kingdom rotation).  This class is open to all single or married adults. Location: Room 317 of the Spitzer Education Building

THE YAGOs CLASS (Young Adults Growing Older) is designed for those in the “middle years” of life.  The intention is that this will become more than a Sunday class and develop into more opportunities for fellowship and service. Location: rm. 321 & 322 of the Spitzer Education Building

THE ADULT FELLOWSHIP CLASS is composed of mostly 20 through 40 year olds exploring what the Bible teaches about faith, marriage, and the early stages of parenting. The majority of us have children aging from infants to elementary age, and this informs much of our discussion as we travel through this stage of life together. We value Biblical knowledge, lively discussion, and fellowship with one another. Location: rm. 320 of the Spitzer Education Building
